It’s true that I’ve caught fish on bare hooks and also true that a couple of times fish actually jumped into the boat with me. No skill required in either instance. :-)Donhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10799732509238959026noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31956135.post-40856140767726875842007-09-10T08:48:00.000-05:002007-09-10T08:48:00.000-05:00PSS,Yeah, I know him and unfortunately the reverse...PSS,
Yeah, I know him and unfortunately the reverse is true.Sheilahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17482567840321600439noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31956135.post-16186156159267920002007-09-09T09:45:00.000-05:002007-09-09T09:45:00.000-05:00nice grill..we guys love our grills. I doubt that it’s as impressive as the one you visited, but it’s impressive to a lot of folks around these backwoods down here. One of them was really impressed by the mounted and stuffed bears, including a grizzly, or so I heard on one of the al.com forums (probably the Prattville Forum @ http://www.al.com/forums/prattville/index.ssf?initial=true).

Your hubby doesn’t fish? He must be one of those “pointy-headed intellectuals” that GCW used to rail about. Dang, someone on the boat needs to fish! Every spring a large box arrives at my front door from them, Mrs S is quick to see what we're spending there..it's way in the tripe digits every year. I've been to the ones in Chicago, Nashville, and Springfield. We are supposed to be getting one in Minneapolis at the Mall of America.. can't wait.

We do have Cabelas up there. There are three stores around the area, same deal as Bass Pro, without the boats. The kids refer to it as "the dead animal zoo" because of the 100's and 100's of mounts they have.
Congratulations on getting out of there without spending any money. I would even waste my time going in there with Mrs S.
