Gone Fishin'

Dear Gentle Longtime Readers:
I haven't been posting as much lately. You see, I have a new distraction: a new job. I will eventually get back to posting on a semi-regular basis, but I will mostly check in on my favorite blogs when I have a little extra time. But, I will still surround myself with words since the job entails a boatload of them. Happy blogging!

Thanks. I'm a proofreader. More changes are ahead but I still love the connections I've made here.

Hi sheila, I got the worms, where is the fishing hole. Good luck in the new job, it sounds boring to me but someone has got to do it. Retired is much better than I ever expected.

A proofreader? You and I must be related! I'm known for spotting grammatical and spelling errors.

My biggest challenge was proofreading my wife's 238 page doctoral dissertation, twice. She asked me to go over it a third time, but I declined.

Many, many congratulations and best wishes on your new venture, Sheila...I will miss your straightforward take on things.

Semi-regular is better than nothing! I will check in on a regular basis.

Those errors on the proof will just jump out at you!

Congratulations on the new job Sheila! I know what you mean, my job as an Office Administrator keeps me busy, that's why my posts and visits are a bit irregular sometimes!

Good to see you're doing something you love, Sheila.

Will always look forward to see what you have for us when you get time to post.

I'm Stumbling around the web a bit this morning...stopped by to give you a big thumbs up.

Cheers!

Miss you shelia, we could fight nearly every day now

On this Memorial Day remember my friends who died for your freedom.

Dear Lord, lest I continue in my complacent ways, help me to remember that someone died for me today. And if there be war, help me to remember to ask and to answer “am I worth dying for?”~

Congratulations!
As you'll see, The PoliStew Cafe is now just an archive. However, a link to your blog will stay up! I hope you get this going again. It's really good.
