Christmas in July

I hardly ever mention that I offer some of my designs on CafePress, but it struck me odd that someone would be buying this yard sign in July. Maybe she is like my mom was--always thinking ahead. Mom would scout out bargains all year long so that by the time Thanksgiving rolled around she was done with her shopping. While I am my mother's daughter, I never caught the shopping bug. Just give me the ease of online shopping and I am one happy camper.

You have some great looking merchandise Shelia, just think, after Obama gets elected and inflation surpassed Jimmy Carter's 16%, your stuff will be worth lots more money, oh I forgot, the money will be worthless. (Smile)

I absolutely HATE to shop. I will go with a list in-hand, get what I need, and leave as soon as possible. I think it's the crowds that I hate mostly. If the mall was open for me only, that would make me shop more often. Online, there are no crowds. :)

Thanks, Sarge. I don't think that with Obama at the helm we will be any worse off than with your guys.

Lorelei,
You are right. I don't mind the crowds though.

I agree with Sarge Charlie on the fact that you have some very nice T-shirts at CafePress.

Many people here actually have Christmas in July, being winter, so they can have the traditional hot meal as December is far too hot to enjoy it.

Hi Shelia, came back to the lions den to looking for red meat. You are a smart lady, I cannot believe you think he is qualified to be president.

Your Mom probably never used the Internet. I know my Mom would have burned up the lines shopping had she had a computer! Online shopping is the greatest, and you have such super t-shirts.

You've even got me thinking about Christmas. It sure is cool enough for December, these days!
